Glencore said to plan 9 to 11 billion initial offer

April 12 (Bloomberg) - Glencore International AG, merchant product greatest in the world, is considering a public initial offer of 9 to 11 billion dollars in London and Hong Kong, said a person with knowledge of the case.

The company will announce a range of prices for the introduction on the stock exchange on May 4, the person said, refusing to be identified as the process is confidential.
